It's official! We're going to have a Parade this year! The theme is "Music on Parade" and registration forms are posted below.
Due to high demand from Food Vendors, until May 1 priority is given to Terrace-based food sellers, after which space will be allocated based on the date of application. Please use the unique Food Vendor form below. Completed Event and Vendor forms can be mailed or dropped off at the George Little House at the foot of Kalum Street or sent via email to email@example.com.
For your convenience, Event and Vendor registration fees can be paid by electronic transfer. Send your request via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Vendors are allocated an area of approximately 150 square feet (15' wide x 10' deep). Rates remain unchanged from 2019 and are $125 for Non-Profit Groups and $175 for For Profit Enterprises.
Additional space is charged according to each additional 5' of width required (Non-Profit @ $20 per additional 5' of frontage, and For Profit @ $30 per additional 5' of frontage). Also note that Concerts in the Park run only on the Saturday of the BC Day long weekend and that anticipated scheduling has Sunday's activities in the Park ending in the early afternoon with conclusion of the outdoor church service.
